Algebrik AI Inc. ("Algebrik," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Website Privacy Policy ("Policy").

This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you, or that you may provide, when you visit www.algebrik.com (our "Website"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This Policy applies to information collected through the Website — including through email, text, and other electronic communications between you and the Website. It does not apply to:

  • Information we collect offline or through other websites.
  • Our SaaS platform delivered to credit union customers, which is governed by separate data processing agreements.

Algebrik does not collect or process sensitive personal information through this Website for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you, as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

2.5 Children Under 18

Our Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not provide any information on this Website.   • Business transactions: If Algebrik is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any material change in ownership or control through a notice on the Website or by email.
  • Legal obligations: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Algebrik, our users, or the public. This includes exchanging information with other companies for fraud protection, spam and malware prevention, and similar purposes.
  • With your consent: We may share information for any other purpose with your prior consent.

We may share aggregated or de-identified information — which cannot reasonably be used to identify you — without restriction.

5. Advertising

We may partner with third-party advertising providers to display advertising on our Website or to manage our advertising on other sites. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver advertising based on your browsing activities and interests.

7. Your Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

This section applies solely to individuals who reside in the State of California. We provide this section in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), and other applicable California privacy laws. Terms used but not defined here have the same meaning as in the CCPA/CPRA.

We collect the categories of personal information described in Section 2 from the sources described there. We collect and use this information for the business and commercial purposes described in Section 3. We disclose it to the categories of third parties described in Section 4. We base this disclosure on our data collection and disclosure practices over the previous 12 months.

7.2 Your Rights
  • Right to know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: As noted in Section 2.4, we do not collect or process sensitive personal information through this Website for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

We may require that you (a) provide the authorized agent signed written permission to act on your behalf, (b) verify your own identity directly with us, and (c) directly confirm with us that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request. We may deny a request from an authorized agent who does not submit proof of authorization.

7.5 Additional California Rights

Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83–1798.84, California residents may ask us to identify the categories of personal information we disclose to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, and to provide contact information for those third parties. As disclosed in this Policy, Algebrik does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

8. Security

We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS.
  • Restricted access to personal information, limited to personnel who need it for legitimate business purposes.
  • Regular security assessments and audits of our systems.
  • Administrative and physical security controls proportionate to the sensitivity of the information we process.

No internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
